Drew Mason is a wonderful human being (despite drinking Guinness 0%), and I was honoured to have a pint with him yesterday. He asked me a question I get a fair bit... whether the team at FOMO Content have a specific sector / niche we focus on. No... we really do do everything, and thrive off the variety and challenge. To prove it, here is just a sample of the kind of week our team of marketing-type people have had delivering for clients: ✅ Taking snaps of a beautiful location in a beautiful time of year (Winslade Park, featured) ✅ Creating silly videos about cultural gift-giving traditions around the world (Academic Summer Camps UK and Canada) ✅ Learning about EPC certificates for landlords (1st Business Finance) ✅ Researching mortality rates for sedentary lifestyles (fit20 Exeter and fit20 Torquay) ✅ Ripping off Last Christmas for a stupid video about password managers (CAP Technologies Ltd) ✅ Writing a blog about getting recruitment right for your dream team (ActionCOACH Exeter) ✅ Making sensitive jokes about death (Simon Hall -Your Friendly but Professional Will Writer) ✅ Helping students deal with exam stress (Elephant Counselling - Matt Hyde (MBACP)) ✅ Showing people how to beat the January blues... by listening to BLUES (https://lnkd.in/eWfKq4tz) ✅ Creating content for 30+ other clients in all kinds of industries and sectors... So yeah, we can do anything and everything. Limited capacity for Jan but we can get 1 (or maybe 2) on board. Much love happy people. And if you're not happy, meet up with Drew, and you will be - he's so lovely.

💪🏼💚 "I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for me. The convenience of only having to commit to 20 minutes a week is unbeatable, especially for someone with a busy schedule like myself. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first that such a minimal time commitment could have any real impact on my fitness levels. However, after just a few sessions, I could already feel the benefits. I have for the first time in a long while, been able to walk around heavitree park with my children, without stopping or being in pain. The relaxed environment at fit20 makes it easy to focus on my workout without any distractions. The top of the range equipment and 1:1 personal trainer ensures that I am getting the most out of my time there. Overall, I highly recommend fit20 to anyone looking to improve their physical health in a quick and efficient way."

Back to school feeling today after our first trip away together without the children in over 18 years! Iceland is purely breath-taking and if you haven't been I have two pieces of advice for you: 1️⃣ Go. Just go. 2️⃣ Prepare by getting physically ready - the level of FOMO would have been unreal if we'd have been there and been unable to take part in glacier walks (with crampons and ice axes), walks around waterfalls (Skogafoss pictured) and exploring black sand beaches! I cannot imagine the feeling if we'd have been there thinking, "If only we could..." Health and physical fitness aren't just for show or to look good, they are so you can live life to its fullest. Here to help. Happy Monday and have a great week ahead! 💪🏼💚 #Iceland #BackToSchool #Holiday #Fitness #Health
