Whats the ideal amount of times to train per week? Here’s the breakdown to this common debate If you train twice a week you’ll see some results but not a great deal If you train 3 times a week the results will be much more noticeable and is ideal for most busy people especially just starting out 4 times, I believe to be the sweet spot and the perfect trade off with time and achieving maximal results 5-6 and you’ll be able to uncover 100% of your potential however isn’t realistic for most people And often the ones that try 5-6 sessions a week, following for a few weeks then completely fall off the wagon for another few weeks So really you need to be realistic Most of our clients will train 3-4x a week with some that really enjoy the gym making the time for the 5th But with all that being said it doesn’t matter how many days you train if any of these things aren’t dialled in Your nutrition Your daily movement Your sleep & recovery Your stress tolerance And you’d be way better off by nailing the above and training just 3x per week Than failing with the above and training 6x per week So find your sweet spot And most importantly make sure you have dialled in on all the other factors outside the gym #Training #Health #Nutrition
