Throughout this expansion, we have remained committed to offering a uniquely independent voice to companies and their counsel, advising them on their most critical investigations, regulatory compliance matters and disputes. As we close a year of celebrations with colleagues and clients, we take a moment to thank everyone who has played a part in FRA’s journey over the years. Congratulations to FRA Partner Neil Keenan who has featured in the latest Global Elite Thought Leader - Consulting Experts – Forensic Accountants ranking by Lexology Index (formally known as Who’s Who Legal). Neil specializes in forensic accounting services, including investigations into corruption, accounting fraud, asset misappropriation, and embezzlement. He has supported clients on complex multijurisdictional cases, including a major investigation for SAP, where FRA forensic accounting experts provided crucial support over two years. The latest survey by the Nordic Business Ethics Initiative highlights discipline as essential to effective compliance programs. In a recent webinar launching the survey report, FRA Partner Yousr Khalil joined NBE Co-founders Anna Romberg and Niina Ratsula, along with Fortifai CEO Abbey Lin, to discuss how disciplined, policy-aligned actions strengthen compliance cultures. Drawing on global regulatory expertise and Nordic business insights, the panel emphasized the importance of balancing transparency with confidentiality and leveraging data to enhance compliance efforts. With over 20 years of experience in fraud investigations, regulatory compliance, and anti-bribery and corruption, Masako has worked extensively with US regulators and supported senior management and counsel. Notably, she served as a lead director in the monitorship of an automotive engineering company, where FRA’s Founding Partner acted as a DOJ-appointed compliance monitor, evaluating the company’s compliance and ethics programs.
