Our method begins with developing and understanding of our client’s desired outcome and quantifying what success looks like. Our work is grounded in science and instinct – we gather data and analysis in order to create the story, and work together to confirm that the messaging is targeted and powerful. All of this works in tandem to generate the insights that will define our strategic initiatives. In addition to an integrated strategy – our strategic planning also includes reputation management, crisis communications and both presentation and media training. The Autumn Edition of Fox Quarterly has landed! ✨   We all know artificial intelligence is reshaping things at an unprecedented pace. The luxury space is no exception. As AI becomes a central player in our lives, Fox Quarterly examines how this powerful technology is transforming luxury, while also posing new questions about craftsmanship, personal connection, and the future of exclusivity.   In this edition, Andrew Lea delves into the intersection of AI and efficiency, but examines how it cannot replace the emotional nuances that define our experiences. Matthew Upchurch, CEO of Virtuoso, adds a unique lens on luxury travel, emphasising that while AI can streamline processes and elevate client service, it is the irreplaceable power of empathy and human connection that truly creates lasting memories.   Louisa Livingston shares her perspective on AI’s potential to reimagine the customer journey in luxury retail, showing how AI-driven insights are changing the way brands anticipate and respond to their clients’ desires. We also explore insights from Aura Blockchain Consortium and Deloitte, revealing how AI and blockchain together are safeguarding authenticity and provenance in a world of growing replicas.   Similarly, in the realm of fine dining, Charles Spence explores the emerging role of AI in crafting immersive gastronomic experiences, yet reminds us that a chef’s artistry remains irreplaceable.   Ultimately, this edition highlights a crucial theme: AI can enhance luxury, but it is the human touch that will always remain at its core. The challenge for luxury brands moving forward is to harness AI’s potential while preserving the traditions and personal relationships that make luxury so exceptional.   Don’t forget to subscribe to receive future editions, and explore all the articles from this latest Fox Quarterly here: https://lnkd.in/gc_nYeVi

"There are Type 1 and Type 2 decisions. Type 1 decisions are irreversible, while Type 2 decisions are reversible, yet most people treat Type 2 decisions as if they are Type 1..." Last night, I had the pleasure of hearing Steven Bartlett and Annabel Spring dive into the pursuit of resilience, learning from failure, and the importance of rolling the dice more, knowing you can always pivot. Two very different leaders I’ve looked up to for a long time—both equally inspiring. McDermott Will & Emery | Chapter 2 | WHN Group | Fox Communications

Our Summer Edition of Fox Quarterly has arrived! ✨ Fox Quarterly is meant to spark meaningful conversations, which is why our latest newsletter dives deep into diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion, highlighting how hospitality, travel, sport, and luxury brands are tackling these defining challenges. As Uwern Jong insightfully points out, the luxury consumer of 2024 is still often seen through a heteronormative, white, youthful lens. Yet, this is changing. Marina Gask reports on the purchasing power of over-50s and the impact of age-positive influencers. But representation goes beyond branding. Ben McCormack discusses diversity in dining and reports how  Adejoké Bakare, only the second black woman to win a Michelin star, has inspired a new generation of chefs. Heston Blumenthal discusses ADHD as his superpower, while Bilal Hassan from Les Roches highlights the potential of neurodiverse workers in hospitality. Is it ever okay to exclude? James Price provides a punchy take on the traditions of members’ clubs, while @vivian , CEO of AllBright , advocates for inclusivity and empowerment to lead a societal shift. In our “Checking in with Q&A,” Amazin LeThi shares her powerful story of overcoming homophobia and racism through bodybuilding, a timely reminder of sport’s transformative power as we look towards the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics. Diversity isn’t a luxury—it’s a basic human right. We hope you find these stories as inspirational and thought-provoking as we do. Do sign up to be the first to receive future issues!
