Over the past few weeks, our Sales and Strategy Director, Nick Boyle, has been visiting branches across the country with members of the leadership team. Together, they’ve been exploring how to bring our brand to life across the network, ensuring our customers truly experience the value of our Trust the Experts promise. Supporting dedicated volunteers in their community efforts is something we truly believe in. That's why our Loughborough branch recently donated materials for urgent repairs to the car park edging at the Barrow Scout Hut, ensuring a safer and more welcoming space for everyone who visits. They shared; “It makes the hard work of our volunteers feel truly worthwhile when local businesses support us.” Well done team 👏

We’re excited to share that our Widnes branch has undergone a transformation in line with our new identity and this week, we welcomed customers and supplier partners to our open day to celebrate! John Carter, STARK UK CEO and Mark Esling, Chief Commercial Officer, have begun week two of their road trip of our branches around the UK. Yesterday they visited our Wednesbury branch, speaking with the team about our successes and offering guidance to help us better support our customers.

As John and Ian's first week on tour comes to an end, it's exciting to see our fantastic branch teams' efforts in building our brand through excellent customer service and relationships being celebrated. Keep up the great work, team!

It’s a great opportunity for them to meet, face-to-face, the incredible people who make up our teams. For the first stop on their tour of our JCF branches, this morning John and Ian headed to our Dundee branch to meet with Tracey McKenna and her team. The kettle is on for a brew and we’re excited to share our successes and show how we are supporting customers and meeting the many challenges head-on, in a tough market.
