    We are pleased to share some exciting leadership changes within our Analytics team in Asia Pacific.   As of January 2025, Hemant Nagpal will be taking up the role of Head of Analytics, Asia Pacific, with a focus on driving our analytics strategy for the region.   At the same time, Darren Murch will become Deputy Head of Analytics, Asia Pacific, working closely with Hemant to support the continued success of the team.   Please join us in congratulating Hemant and Darren on their new roles.

    This week, some of our catastrophe risk and climate specialists will be at the 2024 AGU Annual Meeting. Many of our academic partners will also be attending. Session topics will range from earthquake and hurricane risk to contingent business interruption, European windstorms, and cold air outbreaks, with sessions authored or co-authored by Gallagher Re specialists including Iain Willis, Mona Hemmati, Ph.D. Steve Bowen, Prasad Gunturi, and Christopher Allen, DPhil CCRA. We hope to see some of you there.
