We had the pleasure of joining Cornbury House for the launch of this year’s Cornbury House Horse Trials, set to take place in September. This prestigious event promises to be a highlight of the British equestrian calendar, and we’re delighted to be part of it. Our day at Cornbury House Estate was highly memorable. We were treated to a tour of the estate, showcasing its breathtaking landscapes and rich history. A special moment was enjoying a glass of Champagne Pol Roger while overlooking the stunning setting for the Pragnell water jump. As we gear up for the trials, we look forward to witnessing top-tier equestrian craft and celebrating this remarkable sport.

  • Congratulations to Friend of the House Katie Boulter on winning this year’s Rothesay Open, successfully defending her WTA title. An amazing demonstration of craft, skill and perseverance. Long-standing Friend of the house, our relationship with Katie has grown from shared roots. The talented British athlete and British No1 hails from Leicester, home to one of Pragnell’s four showrooms. What an exciting start to the British grass season!

  • We are delighted to announce our sponsorship of the Emerging Talent Award at the King's Foundation Awards held at St. James's Palace.    The King’s Foundation Awards aim to celebrate their wide-ranging work to promote the preservation of artisanal craftsmanship, by highlighting the achievements of students, graduates and the broader network of individuals within the organisation, who have contributed to the foundation’s mission.    The Emerging Talent award was presented by David Beckham to Kadijah Osmanatu Yainkain Dumbuya, a graduate of the King’s Foundation diploma year. Kadijah’s work draws inspiration from West African sculpture, exploring how portraiture is influenced by the physical environment and culture that surrounds it. Following her time with the King’s Foundation Kadijah has secured a place at The Ruskin, Oxford University, to study fine art. We wish her great success for her future.   Pragnell are proud Partners of the King’s Foundation, sharing a commitment to sustainability we are privileged to support their programmes focused on creating a world in which we can live in harmony with nature. Our dedication to traditional hand craftmanship and the responsible sourcing of our gemstones, ensures that every piece of Pragnell jewellery made is created sustainably and fairly, allowing us to celebrate the best of Nature’s Rare Jewels.

  • To celebrate the annual Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show, Willow Crossley worked her floral magic at our Mount St Showroom. Willow created a beautiful façade for our Mayfair showroom taking inspiration from a quintessential British garden. Furthermore, Willow hosted a floral masterclass within our Mount Street Showroom with guests delighting in an hour’s creative workshop crafting jewel-toned bouquets, surrounded by a curation of some of our favourite summer pieces. Such a wonderful day filled with beautiful jewels and colourful blooms.

  • On the 15th and 16th May, Pragnell partnered with dunhill, Aston Martin London, and Maison Mirabeau l B Corp™ for the inaugural Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic. The Team enjoyed a brilliant couple of days under (mostly!) sunny skies, watching both celebrity and professional players, vying for honours at the grounds of The Hurlingham Club. With the Maison Mirabeau l B Corp™ endless lunch providing much needed sustenance, it was the perfect way to kick off summer and, importantly, it was in aid of raising money and awareness for the great Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, the official charity partner. We look forward to great things to come from the brilliant team involved.

  • Looking back at one of the highlights of the Pragnell calendar, the Shakespeare Birthday Lunch. Held in April every year it is a joyful event, and the pinnacle of various celebrations taking place across the town of Stratford-upon-Avon, home to one of Pragnells’ showrooms for over 70 years. This year’s colourful lunch was hosted by Alexander Armstrong and featured musical and spoken word performances from our talented friends at Royal Shakespeare Company and London’s West End To conclude this spectacular event we were honoured to present the Pragnell Shakespeare Birthday Award 2024 to the wonderful Dame Vanessa Redgrave DBE, in reflection of her illustrious career spanning over six decades. This year we were delighted to raise funds to support National Literacy Trust and their work to promote literacy in the UK.
