Promotion Announcement: Introducing our new Managing Director… We are delighted to announce that Lesley Palmer is being appointed Managing Director of Gerda Security Products, effective 14th January 2025. With full responsibility for leading and developing Gerda Security within the GSP Group, Lesley will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the business. Initially developing her career in the insurance sector, Lesley moved into manufacturing. From role of Commercial Manager to Head of Operations with promotion to Operations Director, she has successfully managed Gerda Security’s manufacturing sites, whilst also working in general management with oversight of Technical, Purchasing, Sales Administration and Account Management. She brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and a strong skillset to the role and this appointment is a testament to her commitment and dedication. Lesley takes up this new position in her 14th year at Gerda Security - so a timely appointment for the 14th January!
