5 ways to recruit early talent more sustainably. We are a proud partner of the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance (SRA) which aims to help employers become more environmentally friendly in their recruitment practices. Below, the SRA provides you with some useful methods in making your recruitment of early talent, more sustainable. Cibyl research shows in recent years there's been a rise in the importance placed by students on ESG credentials of employers, when researching who and where to apply. Embedding environmentally friendly recruitment stages will give integrity to your credentials to GenZ and GenA to come, especially as nearly a third of students actively want to hear about your sustainability practices. You can see SRA's Sustainability Impact Report 2023 here: https://lnkd.in/eY8NpUCg For more information on these 5 tips and more, this article with the Institute of Student Employers earlier this year, expands on these methods. You can read this article here: https://lnkd.in/eYuU9XRi To find out more on what the SRA are doing and how you as business can get involved, visit their website below, or reach out directly to Laura Yeates - Chartered FCIPD or Leora Shlasko. https://lnkd.in/eWfCuSmH #ImpactReport2023 | #SustainableProgress | #PositiveChange

As headline sponsors of the upcoming Institute of Student Employers HE Conference, we'll be presenting on two topics on Day 1, in tandem. 1️⃣ Day 1 - Session 1 - 12:00-12:30 Helping students understand their skills and find career inspiration Ben Titford and Tristan Mathieson As employers continue to shift to skills-based hiring and career pathways, helping students understand their skills and access inspiration and development has never been more important. This session will look at the most common human skills that employers are looking for and why there is a trend towards developing human skills. And we’ll demonstrate GTI’s latest AI tool to help universities support their students. 2️⃣ Day 1 - Session 2 - 12:00-12:30 AI-Driven recruitment: how employers are using AI in their hiring processes: David Palmer, Bethany Appiah plus Chris Webb from The University of Huddersfield GenAI has been much discussed in HR and recruitment. There is particularly interest in harnessing AI within graduate recruitment, given that some graduate schemes attract high volumes of applications requiring a level of automation in decision making for some stages of the process. And commentary around the vulnerability of existing automated decision to cheating. This session will look at large corporate graduate recruitment processes, where GenAI is being used and what the opportunities and issues there are. This will help careers teams to understand the latest position to guide and prepare their students To register for the event and to download the full agenda across the three days, click here: https://lnkd.in/ekmTqNBy If you can't make the sessions but would like to hear more about these topics and solutions, please drop us a message and we'll connect you to the right team here. #ISEHE24 | #HigherEducation | #AIInRecruitment | #Skills | #Careers | #Students | #Cibyl | #StudentResearch
