We are delighted to have achieved an impact score of 92.3 points – way above the benchmark of 80 points. The certification process is rigorous, with applicants required to provide evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices relating to energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency. Since the early days of Gusto, we have always supported our local community and had a sense of purpose alongside growing a successful group of businesses – being a B Corp ensures we will stay true to our values as the businesses grow. This morning, we teamed up with Testo UK and Lynx AC to dive deep into the fabric performance of our homes using Testo’s advanced thermal imaging technology. 👏 Alongside Testo’s experts, our team captured detailed thermal imagery of our Gusto homes and HQ, gaining valuable insights into heat distribution and energy efficiency. From understanding the fundamentals of building thermography to getting hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, today was all about learning, collaboration, and innovation.
