Are you ready to save a life? Last week, the staff in our Solihull office had the opportunity to do exactly that by signing up to the stem cell donor register ✍️ The team at DKMS UK came to our office along with the parents of a wonderful little boy named Finn, who was saved by a donor at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. They educated our staff on their journey and the importance of this wonderful gift. Amazingly, one of our Scrum Masters was matched a few weeks ago and was able to donate the gift of life to another human. After donating, he described it as an “incredible opportunity to have such a life-changing impact.” Currently, only 2% of the UK are signed up to be donors, and we want to increase that. Our drives so far have been extremely successful, and we have added just under 100 people to the register! Please check out more of what DKMS UK does if you want to get involved 🤝 

Spreading love through our Coffee Club ❤️ Valentine's Day is about much more than romantic love. Here are some ways you can spread the love around your workplace this Valentine's Day: 😊 Share positivity - make an effort to smile at people as you pass 🍽️ Help out - if you have the time, offer to take some work off other's plates 👂 Listen and support - lending an open ear can make a huge difference 🍬 Sweet treats - if all else fails, then snacks are usually a winner! Do what you can to spread the love today 🥰

Our team were very busy working BTS last weekend to make sure this Lift:Miami was our biggest and best event yet - with over 10,000 of our community showing up! Gymshark66 X Birmingham Uni Students As part of #Gymshark66, Archon Fitness League invited their students from Birmingham University’s University Fitness League to the Gymshark Lifting Club for a day of training, skill-building, and some serious PB-smashing 👇 Suffice to say, they didn’t disappoint - and neither did Grenade and EHP Labs, who fuelled the team every step of the way 💪
