A big day for our project in Hackney Wick. The London Legacy Development Corporation has unanimously approved our plans for a best-in-class co-living development in this vibrant and exciting neighbourhood. The location, design and collaboration with local stakeholders, most notably Hackney Wick & Fish Island Community Development Trust, are all first class. Looking forward to continuing to work with Mitheridge Capital Management in pushing this on to the next phase.

Delivered for DTZ Investors in September 2022, the building provides a range of beautiful private and communal living spaces, designed by Assael Architecture and Atypical Practice. Following the initial consultation, we continued to work alongside the Greater London Authority on the drafting, through meetings and asset tours, to ensure that what was codified in the guidance reflects best-in-class practice and design. We know firsthand that with considered design and a focus on institutional grade delivery, co-living has its place in addressing the housing shortage in London.
