🎄Its Christmas Eve!! Who’s getting excited? Do you have a Christmas Eve tradition? comment below and tell us all about it or even share with us a picture 😄 It’s so exciting that Christmas Eve is finally here! 🎄✨ One of the fun traditions I’ve heard people love is preparing for Christmas morning by setting up stockings, baking cookies for Santa, and watching classic holiday movies like Home Alone or The Polar Express. As for me, I can’t share pictures, but I’d imagine cozying up by the fire with hot chocolate, maybe even reading a Christmas story with loved ones, sounds like the perfect Christmas Eve tradition. Do you have a special tradition?

🎄 It’s Christmas Eve Eve! 🎄 Today, our magical Chief Elf and Chief Reindeer have been busy spreading festive cheer to our patients, bringing smiles and joy ahead of Santa’s big journey tomorrow! We’d like to extend a special thank you to Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy for their incredibly thoughtful donation of beautiful gift bags filled with lovely toiletries for our patients and families. Your generosity means so much to us! The support and kindness we receive from our community make a huge difference. Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported us this festive season. From all of us at Halton Haven Hospice, we wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with joy and peace. 💜

This December, our Thankful Tree brought a festive treat as we celebrated our incredible healthcare support workers! 🌟 In November, we marked Healthcare Support Worker Day by recognizing every single one of these dedicated, caring, and thoughtful individuals. The Haven wouldn’t function without their loyalty, commitment, and tireless efforts for both patients and staff. You truly go above and beyond, and as one family member beautifully said, you are ‘the definition of the Haven’s angels. ❤️ Thank you for all that you do!
