At HBI Health & Beauty Innovations we are working with companies who work at the forefront of sports nutrition and hydration. Today I was fortunate enough to be invited by Daniel Lampard of the Sceince in Sport Group to attend a coaching session at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester with the legend Sir Chris Hoy, 6 times Great British Olympic Gold Medalist winner. An absolute inspiration across all aspects of life and took me from a person with “no gear and no idea” to “some gear and a lot more idea” in just one hour. When Chris tells you to peddle harder and climb the velodrome wall you absolutely respond with effort. A real life role model without question. I highly recommend Sir Chris Hoy’s new book his memoir All That Matters. A book about hope.
