At HCML, we are proud to invest in the professional development of our Rehabilitation Case Managers (RCMs), equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client care. We hosted a transformative training event attended by over 100 RCMs from across the UK – a day full of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. The event covered a range of engaging topics designed to enrich our case managers’ expertise, including: • Legal insights into fundamental dishonesty and what lawyers expect from case managers. • Innovative approaches to psychological interventions in trauma with a solution-focused lens. • The fascinating area of behavioural optometry from an ABI perspective. • Discussions on neurodiversity and supporting diverse needs. • A light-hearted session on comedy, storytelling, and cake to wrap up the day with smiles.
