In this role, you’ll ensure contractors adhere to service level agreements and meet KPIs in line with statutory compliance. You’ll effectively record all work orders against assets within the CAFM system, covering both planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll monitor the progress of these work orders to completion, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate. Our Facilities Coordinators also answer service and maintenance queries, providing first-call resolution where possible. You’ll work closely with external teams and contractors, so strong relationship-building skills are essential. Previous phone-based customer service experience is required.
