AROE - FROM THEN ON Friday 31st January - Sunday 2nd March We are proud to announce our upcoming exhibition 'From Then On' with Brighton graffiti legend, AROE. Utilising mixed-media, augmented reality, spray paint and textural elements, he is one of the few artists that can confidently convey the rawness of graffiti on canvas, his expert technique and uncompromising nature has garnered him a significant following and made his work highly collectable. ‘From Then On’ represents a first for AROE - a visual retrospective of his artistic legacy, segmented across unique, hand-painted original canvases. Cataloguing his stylistic evolution, you’ll find all of his signature imagery spread across our exhibition hall, creating a singular, fragmented mural showcasing his decades of lived experience at the forefront of counter-culture. From his iconic B-boys and Grace Jones references, to images of At-Ats and Mike Tyson, each of the available works will represent a unique snapshot of an incredibly storied career. Irwin Mitchell Brighton were pleased to present our first Female Voice event in the city on Tuesday evening, and the last of a series across the UK in 2024. Here at Irwin Mitchell, we are immensely proud of this initiative, bringing dynamic women of business and wealth together for conversations on topics relevant to our professional and personal lives. Tuesday evening was about goal setting and moving forward, and I was delighted to lead our panel which consisted of amazing women with important stories to tell.
