Paul succeeds Frank Giunta, who successfully led the Americas region over several decades, achieving many accomplishments and significant growth. Our South Africa Community Impact Team hosted a Christmas party at the Othandweni Family Care Centre, transforming a hall in the centre with festivities and gifts. The team thoughtfully selected gifts for the children, many of whom mentioned that they had never received gifts before. Our team also donated a month's worth of groceries, formula, and other essentials like paint, mattresses, play mats, and a refrigerator. Thank you to our colleagues for your kindness, generosity and warmth during this holiday season to create a lasting impact on the 90 incredible children at the centre.

Last week, colleagues from our Middle East offices visited Senses Residential and Day Care for Special needs, a wonderful facility which supports orphaned and abandoned people of determination. We spent a half-day with the residents, beginning with a group athletic activity. Afterward, we split into small groups and visited the classrooms for one-on-one sessions to provide personalised support for the residents' learning and development.
