🌍 World Mental Health Day 2024 🌍 Today is an important reminder that mental health matters. Every year, approximately 1 in 7 people globally are affected by mental health conditions, and it’s essential we continue to break the stigma and create supportive environments for everyone... Below is an incredibly powerful video released by Norwich City Football Club last year titled "You Are Not Alone". The video serves as a crucial reminder that not everyone shows that they are struggling, but checking in on those around you could make such a difference. Whether its friends, family, colleagues, or even fellow football fans, we need to continue to look out for one another. The below video was widely circulated last year and encouraged further conversations around the world about the meaning of World Mental Heath Day. We constantly look at what we can do as a company to enhance and promote our resources and benefits.
