Insights from our Hollis Talks session in Bristol! We hosted our first session in a series of Hollis Talks in Bristol this week on maximising recovery and protecting value at disposal. The talk offered practical information on the challenges and best practices for property managers and clients to optimise value and effectively manage assets. The event included three main sessions and concluded with a networking opportunity for attendees to exchange ideas and discuss. Key takeaways: 🏢 Keep your property in repair and efficiently address defects. 🤝 Proactively manage tenants’ obligations to enhance property management. 📊 Collate property information throughout ownership to be prepared and be ‘ready to sell.’ A huge thank you to those who attended and Origin Workspace for providing a wonderful location!
