Position: Assistant CRM Manager – Salesforce Location: Phase 6, Karachi ( on-site ) Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant CRM Manager with expertise in Salesforce to manage platform implementations, optimize CRM processes, and support business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and administration. Key Responsibilities: Customize Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, APIs). Manage configuration (objects, workflows, security). Implement system integrations and monitor platform health. Ensure data integrity and align solutions with business goals. Create reports, dashboards, and automate processes. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for users. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. Salesforce certifications required. Experience: 3-4 years in Salesforce development and administration. Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Apex, SOQL, APIs, and CRM best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - *Data Collection and Management:* Collect, integrate, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis. - *Data Analysis:* Conduct thorough analysis of complex data using statistical tools and techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within data to support business objectives. - *Reporting and Visualization:* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to regularly communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
