The Woking office market dominated take-up in the region in 2024. The most encouraging trend has been the number of businesses who continue to move to Woking from outside the borough. Welcome to the 2024 Hurst Warne Office Market Report.   Although office activity was muted, Hurst Warne were involved in some of the region’s most notable transactions including the letting of 36,000 sq ft at Kingswood Fields, Tadworth to Total Oil and Gas and advising Woking Borough Council on the sale of their 65,000 sq ft Victoria Gate building.
