UK Charity Week 🎗️ This week-long annual celebration aims to raise awareness for charities across the UK. i3Works supports a number of incredible charities, including Marine Conservation Society, Turn to Starboard, and Blueprint for All. Our Fast Track Consultants work closely with Off the Record (Bristol), providing mental health services to young people in Bristol and the surrounding areas. We are also proud to make a £250 annual donation on behalf of each of our employees to a charity or grassroots sports organisation of their choice. i3Works Charity Bake-Off 🍰 Last week i3Works rolled up their sleeves and made some delicious cakes, brownies, and pastries at our charity event. From carrot cake and cookies to roasted garlic focaccia and salmon en croute, the team proved their talents extend beyond consultancy. Who knew we could balance spreadsheets and spatulas so well? A big batch of thanks to everyone who baked, bought, and brought their appetite! In total, we raised more than £300 for Movember and the Royal British Legion. World Mental Health Day is an important day to raise awareness, share resources, and support one another. But as most of us know, it takes a lot more than 24 hours to address the challenges of mental health. Today and every day, our colleagues have access to a number of health and wellbeing benefits, including 1-1 counselling support and talking therapy, employee assistance programmes, monthly stipends for wellbeing activities, regular social events, and more. This week we are also launching our mental health toolkit, offering key information, guidance, and resources to help employees spot the signs of mental illness in themselves and others and get the right support. i3Works continues to prioritise mental health every day, creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and heard.
