𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻?  “Traditional index providers approach sustainable index building as a mechanical step-wise process.”   Aston Chan CIO, Head of Investment Solutions: “This is outdated and causes tracking error inefficiency but crucially it exposes portfolios to unintended risks in style factors and single name risks.” Case in point, Paris aligned benchmarks (PAB) have underperformed their parent benchmarks significantly year-to-date due to these issues.  𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. Our proprietary portfolio framework uses advanced portfolio construction and industry-leading sustainability factor data. We created our flagship Solactive iCubed Global Sustainability Index (SICGSUUN) to deliver more sustainability than existing PAB indices but with significantly lower active risk. As the chart shows: we are closely tracking the global equity markets despite rising volatility.  𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.   𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. *𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴.
