#Solidarity 📢Today I joined with others who want Belfast and Northern Ireland to be the welcoming place we know it is. 📍In 2006, I started recruiting and relocating people from across the world to join a company in Belfast. As a Belfast Girl, I absolutely loved travelling to jobcentres across Europe to tell jobseekers how amazing my home city and country were. ➡️ My career continued, and having an understanding of the UK immigration system was vital. I also knew how important it was to have people from diverse backgrounds in the companies I worked in. ✨️ Impact People Consulting was founded to support businesses to have inclusive workplaces.
