𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 7: 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 - 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼, 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆! This is a nice milestone moment: Impart is officially a company! What began as an idea has now taken shape, and we’re thrilled to be moving from vision to reality. Sure, incorporating is technically just a small admin step - but emotionally? It’s huge. Sh*t’s getting real. 🙌 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 This week, we had inspiring conversations about the tech resources we’ll need early next year. And while discussions are great, these aren’t just idle chats - they’re leading to real action. With every step, our plans for the product proof of concept are becoming more tangible. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 We also conducted exploratory interviews on personal finance management, and the insights have been genuinely great so far! Week 6 at Impart: bit of a tougher one! 😳   A few tedious moments this week (made even trickier by battling the flu! 🤒 ), as we tackled some of the less glamorous but crucial tasks: finalising documentation for our upcoming SEIS/EIS application and company incorporation, and polishing a few essentials in preparation for our fundraising journey. On a brighter note, we’ve started planning some exciting activities for our POC in the first half of 2025. Seeing our vision for the next phase come together is truly energising! Week 3: Crafting the Perfect Pitch Deck 🎢 This week was all about refining our pitch deck. We’ve made real progress, and it’s exciting to feel closer to a final version. But wow—pitch-decking is tough! Late nights spent tweaking the story, content, and design, feeling good about a “final” version… only to tear it apart the next day because something isn’t flowing quite right. This happened to us again this morning! 🙈 We’re pushing ourselves to make the story crystal clear for everyone, which means finding the balance between storytelling and hitting our key messages and agenda points. And, of course, there’s always that drive to make it perfect…even though we know it can’t be. So much back and forth—it’s easy to get in our heads! But we’re hopeful that all this effort will pay off, helping investors and partners see the real potential in our solution to make financial planning easier for everyone. Week 2: 🌐 Tech-Focused Week at Impart 🌐 Last week was all about diving deep into our tech strategy. We covered key areas like architecture, tech stack, and team structure as we plan for growth. It’s exciting to be establishing a solid base for what’s ahead! 🚀 One highlight was an insightful workshop with a fractional CTO company. They brought valuable ideas, and we really see the potential a fractional CTO can add for an early-stage startup like ours—especially from a skills, cost, and flexibility standpoint. We have 4 different options currently for our tech team structure, this is one of them. But we’re curious... Do angel investors or VCs have any concerns with a fractional CTO setup?
