About us

incling was founded in 2013 by a qualitative researcher and developer. We’ve been fortunate enough to have over 200,000 online qualitative conversations in more than 30 languages with participants all over the world. Our platform has a range of tools which have been designed to help research and marketing teams gather in-depth and in the moment qualitative feedback (on any device). incling was originally set up to be a remote company (we like to live the solution we sell) so we’ve been working ‘from home’ for the past 7 years and are well equipped to continue delivering our online communities, interviews and focus groups in the current climate. We've built and refined our own software over the past 7yrs and offer a flexible solution which ranges from DIY platform hire to full service online communities and consultancy to both market research agencies and brands. Our online communities come in all shapes and sizes ranging from quick turn around pre-tasks with as few as 5 participants all the way up to ongoing online communities with 1000's of participants.
