Having been appointed on Island during the design phase, we’ve seen first-hand the type of working environment HBD and Greater Manchester Pension Fund wanted to create - and the types of occupiers they wanted to attract.    The HBD team never lost focus or deviated from their vision. Not once. As part of the communications campaign, we’ve interviewed the JV’s partners involved and listened to them explain about the vision for Island and their role in making it happen. Their passion is palpable and authentic. 🏆 We are thrilled to have won Agent of the Year for the second time in a row at this year's Variety, the Children's Charity North West PROPs awards, which were held last night at the Hilton Hotel on Deansgate.    This is a superb win for our team. Over the last 12 months, we have been involved in some of the biggest investment and occupational transactions in the North West.   Well done to all those who were nominated. It was great to be part of such a fantastic night, raising money for children across the region.

The Tritax Big Box Developments team are delighted to have been recognised at the annual Liverpool City Region Property Awards – winning Deal of the Year for the off-market acquisition of Intermodal Logistics Park North. The park was recognised for the jobs and economic growth it will deliver for the region, with judges commenting that it was an ambitious and complicated deal involving multiple stakeholders.
