We’re excited to kick off our final European Peer Meeting of 2024 today and are very grateful to Alexis Saussinan, Ruben Groen and the team at Merck Group for hosting us all at the company’s headquarters in Darmstadt and sharing their experience with us all this afternoon. Our two days together started in conversation with Merck's Chief Human Resources Officer, Khadija Ben Hammada, and Global Head of People Insights and Effectiveness, Alexis Saussinan, who discussed how People Analytics and HR support the company’s strategic business objectives.
