Christmas has been full of colour for us! Last week, we enjoyed a fun and relaxing creative workshop with Alex and Zoe from Albatross Arts CIC, using abstract painting to express InspirAlba's values. Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the Social Enterprises Summit 2024 in Edinburgh, where we were proud to be one of the event sponsors. It was a great opportunity to connect with amazing people in the social enterprise community and share ideas about making a positive impact. Last week, our team had the privilege of participating in an insightful training session on neuro-inclusivity, delivered by Tasha Roger from Welcome Brain Consulting. Tasha’s expertise has given us a deeper understanding of how we can better support neurodiverse individuals in our workplace, creating an environment where everyone can truly thrive. We were also delighted to be joined by our colleagues Amanda and Steve from Fyne Futures Ltd, making this a wonderful collaborative effort in learning and growth. Together, we’re taking important steps towards inclusivity, respect, and innovation by embracing diverse perspectives and needs. A big thank you to Tasha and Welcome Brain Consulting for guiding us on this important journey.
