And so it was a pleasure to hold our inaugural international professional development event hosted by the César Ritz College, in collaboration with the Swiss Education Group Professional and the Mosimann Collection, in Switzerland last week. One of the privileges of my role is meeting the many wonderful professionals that our industry has produced, and this was especially true when I met the culinary legend, and member of the Institute of Hospitality, that is Anton Mosimann OBE, living proof of the infinite potential for professional advancement that a career within our industry can provide. Our Above & Beyond networking and CPD event went to Switzerland this week! In collaboration with Swiss Education Group Professional, we held our first ever international networking event, at the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, overlooking the Swiss Mountains. And what a collaboration it was! The Swiss Education teaching team and student ambassadors went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and ensure the event was a huge success!
