Proactive monitoring technology that empowers people to live independently, safely and happily within their home.
About us
Lilli Is the Future of Independent Living - We believe that regardless of a person's medical condition, ability or age, everyone has the right to maintain their independence. Using unobtrusive technology, we give people the confidence they need to remain happy, secure and self-sufficient within their homes. Unconfined by abilities, conditions, or age, we empower people to live independently, and our technology-enabled care provides security and peace of mind for their loved ones. Central and local governments alone will not solve the issues surrounding the resource deficit facing health and social care systems around the world. Only through the use of technology-enabled care (TEC) can we relieve the pressures faced by healthcare services/providers and support the lives of those most vulnerable. Our system provides real-time data and insights to those responsible for their care to give them surety in their behaviours and status and highlight any causes for concern. We are scaling at pace and are constantly looking for forward-thinking, creative and smart self-starters to join our rapidly growing health tech business across our development, sales and marketing teams. Visit our LinkedIn page and get in touch with our team to find out more.

Artificial intelligence has the power to revolutionise the UK's public services, unlocking vast potential across sectors. The Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, highlighted this opportunity in his recent speech on the government’s ambitious AI plans. In health and social care, the AI Opportunities Action Plan promises to transform care delivery and save lives. By enabling data-driven decision-making, it can save the NHS and social care significant time and resources, freeing budgets for where they are needed most. As the demand for at-home care continues to rise sharply, AI and home care technology will play a critical role in boosting capacity, improving outcomes, and ensuring quality care for all. Embracing these innovations is not just an opportunity - it’s an urgent necessity for a brighter, healthier future. https://lnkd.in/e-8hJWqj #homecare #healthtech #healthcaretechnology #digitalsolutions #ai #remotemonitoring #governmentplan Matt Clifford Peter Kyle Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) UCL Entrepreneur First Ilan Gur

What are the reasons to be optimistic about health and social care? A few weeks ago, we held a discussion and drinks reception at the NCASC conference, initiating insightful conversations on “Causes for Optimism in Social Care”. With contributions from leaders across the sector and special guest Richard Amos, and hosts Ralph Cook (Channel 3 Consulting), Helena Zaum (Sentinel Partners), Nick Weston (Lilli), we heard and took part in productive discussions on the future of the sector. At Channel 3, we believe there is a real #CauseForOptimism in social care. At #NCASC24, we brought together over 100 care leaders and people with lived experience to discuss the shared vision for a better future for care, together with our partners Lilli and Sentinel Partners. Among the many contributors, we heard from Rich Amos who touched on the importance of integrating digital solutions to support individuals across their life journey; Sir David Pearson, who highlighted the transition from analogue to digital and the aggregation of data to inform and manage risk; and Manchester’s Bernadette Enright, who shared optimism about improvements in prevention and strength-based approaches. These conversations explored not just the challenges but the opportunities to reshape care in ways that improve outcomes and long-term sustainability. At the close of the session, we then asked leaders where they needed the most support to achieve this vision in their local areas. Four key priorities emerged: 1. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 to navigate complexity and drive change. 2. 𝗖𝗼-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to ensure services meet real needs. 3. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 to enable modern, effective care. 4. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 to help people avoid crises and live healthier, longer lives. The dialogue underscored the importance of collaboration, bold action, and a clear focus on outcomes. We’re proud to be part of this ongoing conversation. Let us know if you’d like to discuss how these priorities could help shape the future of care in your organisation. #LeadershipInCare #CoProduction #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfCare

Adult Social Care has overspent their budget by £564 million in 2024. According to a survey conducted by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS), 81% of councils anticipate overspending their adult social care #budget in 2024/25, an increase from 72% in the previous year and 63% in 2022/23. While further #investment in the sector is crucial, harnessing proven technology that supports the right-sizing of care packages is one way councils are able to quickly achieve #savings and cost avoidance. The recent announcement of a new independent commission to reform adult social care has caused a mix of reactions. Across the sector, we already know much of the evidence and options for how to reform adult social care - so these timescales are simply too long. With no tangible results published until 2028, this will compound the problem and fundamentally be detrimental to people’s health and wellbeing. As Melanie Williams, President of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) says: significant and immediate investment is required to enable adult social care to simply standstill.
Melanie Williams, ADASS President, has responded to the Government’s announcement on reforming adult social care. She says that a new independent commission on adult social care is welcome but the timescales are too long, with no tangible reforms published until 2028. This will be at detriment of people’s health and wellbeing. You can read her full statement here: https://lnkd.in/eeuQxwkd You can also read Melanie's response in the BBC's coverage here: https://lnkd.in/eT_vXHuj Melanie is scheduled to appear on BBC Radio 4 Women's Hour at 10am.

Earlier this month, we hosted a roundtable with Reform Think Tank, introduced by Michelle Dyson, Director General, Adult Social Care, Department of Health and Social Care. Attendees agreed that the innovation agenda for social care can help realise each of the government's ambitions for health & care. They noted that there is huge potential to achieve better outcomes for patients, better value for taxpayers, and better efficiencies for providers through the widespread scaling and adoption of innovative technologies like lifestyle monitoring technology. Great piece of work, looking at how we can innovate in one of the sectors most under pressure from demand: social care! Thanks Lilli for partnering with us on this.
Both the NHS & social care are in acute crises. Long-term reform is vital to transforming health and care, but there are also quick wins. Last week, we were delighted to host a policy roundtable looking at exactly what they are. - Lifestyle monitoring tech eg detecting irregular activities enables early action - AI algorithms to tailor care packages - Home sensors to detect falls All of these technologies can help to provide benefits including: - Preventing hospital admissions - Freeing up capacity in social care - Enabling greater independence at home A win-win!
