Sergio Arzeni is the President of INSME - The International Network for Small and Medium Enterprises, the Rome-based International Network for SMEs, which was promoted by the OECD - OCDE and the 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. His extensive career includes serving as a member of the Advisory Board of 𝗦𝗥-𝗠, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗻 of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank in Naples, and as a member of the Editorial Board of the 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗲𝘀, published by Sage in London, New York, and New Delhi. Additionally, Arzeni is a board member of the 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 (𝗚𝗘𝗜) in Milan and has had an impactful 𝟯𝟯-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 tenure at the OECD - OCDE in Paris. During his time at the OECD, he created and led the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗦𝗠𝗘𝘀, 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺. His work has significantly influenced policies and practices supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship globally. She has a PhD in Business Management and an Honorary Doctorate from Krakow University of Economics, Poland. She has published 𝟭𝟭𝟬 peer-reviewed articles and conference papers, 𝟱𝟳 books and was awarded various 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. She has 𝟮𝟮𝟯𝟰 citations and a 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗵-𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 of 𝟮𝟭. She supervised 𝟭𝟬 Doctorates and 𝟮𝟱 Master students to graduation. She is involved in family businesses with 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 for older people and provides professional business services to Small and Medium Enterprises employing 𝟱𝟬𝟬 people. Chux Gervase Iwu is Professor of Entrepreneurship Management and the SBDG Chair in Entrepreneurship in Higher Education in the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences of the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. He has a multidisciplinary background that encompasses degrees in library studies, industrial and organisational psychology, and human resources management. Chux worked in the private sector, leading strategy talks for international corporations, prior to entering academia. At the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, he served as head of department of entrepreneurship before joining the deanery in the faculty of business and management sciences as assistant dean of research. Serving as HoD, he led a team that designed and developed various entrepreneurship programs. As dean of research, Chux emphasised the need for productive entrepreneurship research that should lead to accelerated interest in entrepreneurship among students. He is a member of the editorial boards of several scholarly periodicals, such as the 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, the Palgrave Macmillan 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, and the 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗲𝘀. Additionally, he serves on the advisory board of False Bay College's 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (CFERI). Research on socioeconomic problems in developing nations, particularly that which has to do with socioeconomic growth, excites Chux. She is part of the 𝗗𝗛𝗘𝗧-𝗡𝗥𝗙 𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗵𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial and economic-related topics as well as tourism studies. She has been a member of the 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 team since 2022 and a member of the Academy of Management. Andreas Kraemer is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Agora Energiewende 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 in Berlin, Germany, and Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee of the investment fund (or mutual trust) Ökovision of ÖKOWORLD Lux S.A. in Luxemburg with ca. 3.2 billion Euros in assets under management (mid 2024), and Special Advisor to the Board of Director of the Oceano Azul Foundation in Lisbon, Portugal. Andreas is best known as Founder & Director Emeritus after 20 years at the helm of Ecologic Institute in Berlin, and Chairman (pro bono) of Ecologic Institute US in Washington DC. In the most recent ranking of this kind in 2020, Ecologic Institute was voted 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 in the global think-tank ranking of the University of Pennsylvania.   For over 30 years, R. Andreas Kraemer taught European integration and environmental policy as Visiting Assistant Professor of Political Science and Adjunct Professor of German Studies in the Duke in Berlin Program of Duke University, and in later years also climate strategies for business and investors as Adjunct Faculty at the EADA Business School and for Competent Boards.  He is a Member of the Remuneration Committee of Sea4Us in Sagres, Portugal.   He is also Senior Fellow of the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), and Initiator and Convenor of the 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲. Andreas serves on a number of advisory boards, including The Arctic Institute and the Practice Board for the Master Course on “Strategic Sustainability Management” at the University of Applied Sciences in Eberswalde (Fachhochschule Eberswalde).
