From an unexpected meeting in #Lagos earlier this year to a gathering of phenomenal humans in London, what started as a quiet wish and hope became a reality. BuildMorocco, in collaboration with LEGA.C Capital, brought together thought leaders and executives from diverse sectors at the iconic The Diamond Lab in London under the theme: "Leading the Future: Women Driving Technology and Sustainability." Guided by Sophia Barhmi, Founder of BuildMorocco, and Nela Duke Ekpenyong, Co-Founder of LEGA.C Capital, the event created a platform for honest dialogue, bold perspectives, and meaningful connections. Conversations explored how women leaders are driving innovation, pushing boundaries, and shaping sustainable growth. It was also a space to share personal journeys—both challenges and opportunities—and to reflect on how gender inspires #leadership in unique ways. This wasn’t just about what #technology and #sustainability are bringing to women—it was about what women are bringing to the world. Carol Reiley: Known as the "Mother of Robots," Carol co-founded DeepMusic.AI, bridging AI with the arts to foster creativity.
