I hope everyone’s had a wonderful weekend, we certainly have being back at this gorgeous project completing snags, adding photos to frames and final styling bits. The Utilty of Dreams 🌷so in love with this scheme. A beautiful painted finish with an ebony wood shaker frame cabinetry, bespoke arrangement of the hottest pink flowers available to truly pop within the space, a heavily contrasting vein porcelain worktop and a combination of chrome and black hardware. Project Mulberry Bank is complete 🥹 Such an incredible project that myself and the team have been working on for over 2 years. This property is absolutely breathtaking and I’m so proud of what we’ve managed to achieve, alongside the best team on the ground I could wish for. Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I’ve had a restful weekend before a super busy week ahead in the studio. We have a super exciting spatial presentation on a 6 bedroom property in West St Albans, commencing with the interior design phase on another beautiful 5 bedroom property in Leeds and completion of an interior design scheme in Ashbourne. All whilst our two projects on site (Rose Cottage & Mulberry Bank) are fast approaching their install / completion phases. So much happening and such exciting times at JMD!

Here we have it, the MOTHER of all Offices. Introducing the design for @srconstructionltd brand new office development. Jessica May Design we’re engaged on the project in January to create the full interior architecture and design scheme for this new build project, for one of the UK’s leading Utilites & Construction firms, S&R Construction. The team have absolutely excelled themselves and we couldn’t be prouder or more excited to see this design become a reality. There is such an incredible amount of detail to this design, I will absolutely be doing a feature talking through all of the rationale in detail soon. However generally, at the core of the design was an industrialised concept taken to new heights, merged with organic, natural and raw materials that are juxtaposed by subtle yet impactful ‘wow’ moments. All whilst visually extracting key elements from the company brand & ethos, to create a truly unique and remarkable environment for their treasured staff to work in. Project Hessle’s stunning Kitchen / Living Space. This project has been a dream to work on, with colossal ceiling heights, a myriad of Victorian period features and a super generous foot print. We’ve worked on this project for months with a developer in the local who is providing a truly unique offering for the property’s future buyers. Showcasing a classic shaker style kitchen with an incredible Collamandia worktop to add warmth and depth. The gigantic island has been designed to house a curved fluted booth seat for informal meals and offers an abundance of secondary storage. All elevated by a showstopper triple pendant from @bellafiguralighting. Adore the wall elevation at our Hale project. Backlight bronze mirror to add warmth, with a backdrop of polished plaster that we chose to seamlessly blend with the existing tiles and showcasing these beautiful wall lights.
