Last week, we conducted an internal training session for four of our newest team members, featuring a two-hour sawbones workshop led by our Chief of Technology, Roger Ashton. The session provided a step-by-step demonstration of our Polymotion® Hip Resurfacing Operative Technique, which will eventually be used by highly skilled orthopaedic surgeons around the world. Our newest team member Lucy Pugh shared her thoughts on the experience, saying, "It was very informative and great to see exactly how the product is used. Many companies don't go into this much detail, so it was especially helpful." We aim for all our team members to participate in this training, as it deepens their understanding of the important work we’re doing together.
