Are you changing the by-pass filters on your injection moulding machines? Why are KLEENOIL oil filters better than standard filters ? Do not be misled into thinking that all cellulose depth filters are the same. KLEENOIL use strong, tightly packed cellulose fibres for strength and improved filter efficiency, particularly the retention of very small particles down to 3 micron abs. with 99.6% eff. ( Why is fine filtration so essential ; Consider the dynamic oil film thickness in gears, roller bearings and servo valves; all less than 3 microns, and such as gearboxes running dynamic oil film thicknesses below 1 micron. ) When it comes to the retention of particles smaller than 6 microns, cellulose depth filters have the best performance, with a high dirt-holding capacity and ability to maintain their capture efficiency even when fully loaded. Cellulose depth filters release few small particles under stress and pressure bursts. KLEENOIL filters can absorb water from oil.
