Emily recently finished her Business degree at Nottingham Trent University and has jumped feet first into her role at Koba which coincided with the launch of our first site, Koba @ 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester. Emily's role will focus on promoting the Koba brand and ensuring our marketing initiatives align with our goals and objectives. She will also manage our brand guidelines so that we have a consistent tone of message, voice and delivery throughout as well as overseeing our digital marketing and social media strategy so that our content resonates and connects with our residents, landlords and target audience at all times. Thank you for bringing our vision to life Cast Interiors! 🌿 The biophilic design at 100 Barbirolli Square has created an inspiring, refreshing space where our community can thrive!
The word biophilia originates from the Greek, 'philia' meaning 'love of'. It literally means a love of life or living things. 💚 Biophilia can add so much life to your office environment, especially at this time of year when things outside can look grey and lifeless. 🌿 At our recently completed 30,000 sqft project for Koba at 100 Barbirolli Square in Manchester, we created a living, breathing oasis 🤦 of a workspace by incorporating biophilic design elements throughout the space, creating a calming and refreshing atmosphere. By incorporating abundant plant life, maximising natural light and utilising natural materials, we created a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also enhances employee well-being, can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and increase creativity.
