All aboard! ⛵️ Here at Kodland, we believe in the value of continuous learning and growth, both in and out of the workplace. While we embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with our jobs, we also actively seek experiences beyond the office that enrich our perspectives and skills. Diana Minaeva, our Product Manager, recently took part in a sailing regatta. This experience had a profound impact on her and sparked her creativity in developing exceptional products and forming outstanding teams. But how is sailing related to management? Let’s find out from Diana! P.S. – This post is a summary of Diana’s text, which can be found here: https://lnkd.in/drEhMXpr

1,050 hours of lessons, 400+ games – what amazing results! We’re so glad to see our happy students accomplishing their goals through the love and care of our talented tutors. Thank you, Saner! We hope that your next year with Kodland brings you even more precious memories 💙

🧑🏫 Teaching is a journey marked by countless unforgettable moments, but few are as vivid as the first lesson. It’s a time filled with excitement, nerves, and the hope of igniting curiosity in young minds. In this post, our tutors share their cherished memories of that inaugural class. Thank you, Carolina Acosta Delgado, Tubagus Adam Mahendra Anggawijaya, Francesca Claudia Padalino, Piotr Kamiński, and Aybüke Canım for helping our students create and grow, we can't thank you enough 💙

🎨 It’s been a while since we talked about the Fantastic Worlds Design course, and today’s a great time to share one of our students' final projects! The final module of FWD starts with a Hackathon, where our students plan their dream projects and build them based on their original ideas. The final project can be a comic book, a cartoon, or a 3D animation. Our student Dita took a creative approach to the project and combined 3D and 2D in one frame—and it turned out awesome! Check out how she set up the camera angles and played with the lighting. Don’t forget to turn up the sound for an even better experience 🎶 Thank you, Imam Nanda Inthias, for helping Dita achieve these results. We're happy to have you aboard 💙

Q3 has been remarkable! 🚀 We want to share our main achievements and changes, starting with the learning platform. It was essential to evaluate the previous version of the platform critically and consider how we could enhance the educational process. We also aimed to make the interaction with our product a special experience, immersing students from the moment they enter the platform. Take a look! 👀
