Let’s find out from Diana! P.S. – This post is a summary of Diana’s text, which can be found here: https://lnkd.in/drEhMXpr

🧑🏫 Teaching is a journey marked by countless unforgettable moments, but few are as vivid as the first lesson. It’s a time filled with excitement, nerves, and the hope of igniting curiosity in young minds. In this post, our tutors share their cherished memories of that inaugural class. Thank you, Carolina Acosta Delgado, Tubagus Adam Mahendra Anggawijaya, Francesca Claudia Padalino, Piotr Kamiński, and Aybüke Canım for helping our students create and grow, we can't thank you enough 💙

🎨 It’s been a while since we talked about the Fantastic Worlds Design course, and today’s a great time to share one of our students' final projects! The final module of FWD starts with a Hackathon, where our students plan their dream projects and build them based on their original ideas. The final project can be a comic book, a cartoon, or a 3D animation. Our student Dita took a creative approach to the project and combined 3D and 2D in one frame—and it turned out awesome! Check out how she set up the camera angles and played with the lighting. Don’t forget to turn up the sound for an even better experience 🎶 Thank you, Imam Nanda Inthias, for helping Dita achieve these results. We're happy to have you aboard 💙

Q3 has been remarkable! 🚀 We want to share our main achievements and changes, starting with the learning platform. It was essential to evaluate the previous version of the platform critically and consider how we could enhance the educational process. We also aimed to make the interaction with our product a special experience, immersing students from the moment they enter the platform. Take a look! 👀

Behind every engaging educational course with happy students is a team of diverse professionals, where you can always find a Learning Experience Designer. Palina Mushtukova, our Product Manager in LX of Math Courses, breaks down what a Learning Experience Designer does, how to become one, and shares insights on excelling in this role 💫

    • Palina Mushtukova, Product Manager (Math)
People in EdTech: Learning Experience Designer
    • How would you describe an LXD specialist?
A Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is someone who connects what students need with what businesses are looking for. They help shape students' learning journeys and create the right environment for them to thrive.
    • What roles can lead to becoming an LXD?
Most Learning Experience Designers have had some experience in education, even if it’s just a little bit. They might have been teachers, tutors, or worked in some other role in an educational setting.
I started the same way — I was teaching chemistry and wanted to improve the quality of my lessons. I was searching for the best ideas out there to make my teaching more engaging and effective.
    • What metrics would you be responsible for?
It really depends on the type of EdTech you’re working with – whether it’s KidTech, Upskilling, Reskilling, or something else. But most of the time, you’ll be looking at things like:
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) / CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
NPS (Net Promoter Score)
COR (Completion Rate)
Transformation Rate / Success Rate
Attendance
Churn
LX-Index
    • What skills do you need?

Thinking outside the box and staying creative, always looking for new solutions.
Trend watching and being visually savvy: EdTech evolves quickly, so staying on top of trends is crucial.
Empathy: understanding your audience and meeting their needs is key to creating meaningful learning experiences.
The ability to step back and view your course or program with fresh eyes — you’ll need to do this often to find better options for both the business and students.
Loving feedback and iteration: it's not just about making changes for the sake of it, but continuously improving to ensure the best outcomes.
