Monday reminder that we are running a lead generation training day in our office on Wednesday 1000-1500, free to everyone who wants to lead generate more effectively in 2025. No attempt to convert you to KW, even our slides won’t be branded to KW. Just fueled by the hope that more self employed agents become successful in the future. 3 years it’s taken me to get my teeth sorted. 3. Years. Root canal and crowns on either side of my jaw. Got a cancellation appointment on Monday just passed and now I’m sorted! However that meant I couldn’t cover off my “Power Up” session on Monday morning. We use Power Up for a few different topics. Mostly to teach a topic to help agents keep focus, often to break down and highlight the success we’re having…. And we’re having plenty of success these days! And occasionally to remind everyone of focussing on their vision and also what our vision is…. I’m assuming the company you’re partnered with has told you their vision… and what’s in it for you and them? On this occasion I needed support from our leadership and thankfully Cristian Voinea was there to help. The Power Up ended up being about “The One Thing”. I can’t help but think that had I made getting my teeth sorted my one thing a few years ago I would have saved a few hundred quid and avoided quite a bit of pain. Self Employed Estate Agency is what I’ve always done. I absolutely believe in the value it provides and when I get to meet and work alongside wonderful individuals like Melissa Kennedy it helps to keep my focus on what we’re doing. Being part of a real training platform, backed up by over a century of experience in the main leadership roles helps to build the self employed vision I have. I don’t sell property in my role at KW, my joy comes from bringing through wonderful people to build the vision of self employed agency being simply the way people sell homes.
