Job Vacancy: Booking Assistant - Glasgow Office We are a busy and growing company, and we're looking for a Booking Assistant to join our team and help us manage our increasing workload. If you're organised, customer-focused, and ready to take on a full-time (Office based) role, we'd love to hear from you. Interviews will be held during the week starting 28 October. Role Responsibilities: As a Booking Assistant, you will: • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. • Coordinate and schedule interpreters for appointments. • Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Position Details: • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required, which will be compensated separately). • Salary: Starting at £22,500 per annum, with a review after 6 months. • Holiday: 30 days per year (including statutory and public holidays). • Benefits: Sick pay eligibility after a qualifying period. Key Requirements: • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately. • Proficient in IT and administrative tasks.
