Las Iguanas, the Mexican & South American-inspired urban cantina, where passion meets flavour, are looking for a Marketing Director to explore, discover and inspire the brand to deliver against its growth strategy. Las Iguanas is part of The Big Table who are one of the leading independent restaurant companies in the UK. As well Las Iguanas, we operate some of the most recognisable and loved restaurant brands in the casual dining sector, such as Bella Italia, Frankie and Benny’s and Banana Tree. With over 230 restaurant sites in a variety of locations including leisure parks, shopping centres and high streets, we are a national business, with restaurants located across the country, from Inverness to Torquay, employing thousands of people and serving millions of meals each year. A bit more about the role: This is a hands-on role where you will be working at pace, leading a team of 3 (Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer), to deliver on the key focus area of delivering our growth strategy. You will work across all marketing platforms (on and offline), working closely with the Managing Director, Group Head of Digital Marketing, Finance and engaging with the wider business. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is currently leading a marketing team in a smaller organisation or for a senior marketeer, in a larger organisation, to take on their next step!
