Recently, we brought our global team at Laundryheap together — both in person and remotely — for our unforgettable annual end-of-year event in Bangalore! 🎉 With team members joining from London, Lima, Dubai, Singapore, and beyond, we reflected on our journey, shared plenty of laughs with a fantastic comedian, and looked ahead to what’s next. Todas las habilidades que hemos ganado post adquisición, el acceso a una tecnología de 1er nivel, una logística impecable y el soporte del equipo global de Laundryheap (un equipo de cracks), nos han llevado a un nivel que nunca imaginamos Estamos enfrentado y superando muchos miedos: desde adaptarnos a un nuevo ritmo de trabajo hasta hablar en inglés casi a diario con colegas de la India, Europa, Norteamérica y más. No es fácil, pero nos hemos adaptado, hemos aprendido y seguimos avanzando con la misma energía de siempre. Este equipo ha demostrado una resiliencia y una humildad inquebrantables. Hemos subido de nivel y ahora estamos en una autopista de crecimiento hacia el objetivo de consolidar Lima 🇵🇪 y luego Latinoamérica. Felicitaciones para ellos.
