This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the creation and implementation of a commercial asset management strategy that enhances income, ensures efficient estate management, and supports our Net Zero Carbon Pathway. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a commercial strategy that protects and grows income from LCR’s assets. - Lead and manage the performance of letting and managing agents to ensure efficient operations and optimal tenant mix. - Oversee credit control, service charge reconciliation, and health and safety compliance through managing agents. - Collaborate with rating surveyors to reduce liabilities and manage void risks. - Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and instruct building surveyors on capex schemes and dilapidations claims. - Support regulatory compliance and contribute to the sustainability performance of the commercial portfolio.
