LDC is a family-owned care provider, where person-centred family values are woven into every part of the support we provide, with the aim of making every day unique and special for the individuals within our care. As a company, we provide a proactive solution-focused approach as we strive to provide individuals who have complex diagnoses with support and opportunities to become part of a community, as well as embrace new experiences and work towards achieving milestones in their own personal development at a pace which is comfortable for them by engaging them in enjoyable activities and implementing a positive support approach. We specialise in supporting individuals who have multiple complex diagnoses and are prone to displaying behaviours which can be considered extremely challenging. We provide services which are bespoke to their specialist needs in order to positively engage them in activities and enabling them to achieve personal outcomes. At every stage of their care, our service users are supported to achieve their full potential whilst ensuring they are given the ability to live as independently and free of restriction as possible. Our ability to create and provide bespoke services to individuals empowers them to live comfortably within a homely environment which is suitable for their needs, whilst being tailored to the individual’s tastes and preferences. Our experience has shown that by committing to these values and inserting them into our care, even the most complex and challenging individuals can be supported to achieve.
