After an incredible 11-year journey, Andres Kitter, LHV Bank’s Chief Technology Officer and a key member of the Executive Committee and Board, has announced his decision to step down at the end of this year. Andres has been instrumental in shaping LHV’s growth since joining in 2013, from establishing the retail banking offering in Estonia to launching LHV Bank in the UK. Under his leadership at LHV Pank, the bank built one of the most modern banking platforms and developed a successful business line for financial intermediaries, which paved the way for LHV's international expansion. Madis Toomsalu, CEO of LHV Group, said: "Andres' leadership and vision were key to our success. We are immensely grateful for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors." Reflecting on his journey, Andres shared: "After 11 remarkable years, it's time for a new chapter. I'm proud of the team and the groundbreaking work we’ve done.
