Quietly, behind the scenes in between client work we have been working on our brand image. Understanding who we are, what makes us Limesharp and identifying what drives us has been exciting but really hard. Loved working on this R&D project with Commerce Thinking, exploring product transparency from both a data and customer experience perspective. It’ll be fascinating to watch the development of the DPP initiative over the coming year. Our internal push for this project was strongly influenced by broader customer research, which showed that consumers are increasingly expecting this level of detail both online and in-store from the brands they love. It's certainly no small undertaking at any scale, the level of data and ongoing management will be a big step change. There are lots of innovative tech products emerging on the market in and outside of digital commerce which we are watching closely. Great work Ed Jones Luke Hodgson Leslie R. Our vision for transparency on PDPs contains 190 data points for every single product and today we shared a vision for how best to display them within your PDPs. In part 3 our our DPP series, we worked with Centra, Limesharp, Resourced, Vaayu and HighCohesion to share a benchmark for how brands can educate & inspire customers within the product pages of their website.
