As Christmas approaches, operations here at LSC are starting to wind down for the holidays. Kieron, Matty and Matt have been out spreading Christmas cheer to our partner schools across Merseyside by delivering donated bags of toys 🎁 By the look of those happy faces, we're sure that these toys will be well played with! As LSC closes its doors for the holidays, we’ll be out of office until January 2nd. Wishing everyone a joyful Christmas if you celebrate and a very Happy New Year!

Something new 👀 This week we started new LSC sports sessions for children who are home schooled. With what started as an enquiry from a parent, turned into a chat, which turned into a concept I just had to run with 🏃♂️ Our launch has been a success. With over 20 children accessing our weekly session. That's 20 children who may not have access to PE or different sports, enjoying a range of sports each week ⚽️🏏🏃♀️🏃♂️ Thankyou to Leisure United for the great facilities at Heron ⚽️ And a huge thanks to the staff for supporting this 👏

⭐ Employee of the Month: November ⭐ Congrats to Luke, our star employee last month! Luke smashed his recent observation and has received glowing feedback from his partner schools! Not only this, but Luke is excelling with his Extended School Lead duties- ensuring all our extracurricular and wraparound care runs smoothly.

LSC & Nurtured Childcare moved in to our lovely new office in August and a lot of hardwork has gone in to creating an amazing space that our teams look forward to coming to everyday. Ultimately though it’s needs final sign off from the real bosses!
