Scottish Housing Minister Paul McLennan highlighted the importance of high quality, professionally managed rental homes for Scotland during a visit to Casa, Vista Park. We enjoyed taking the Minister around our Glasgow neighbourhood, and sharing how our community has grown at Vista Park since its doors opened. Now just a couple of homes away from fully let, Vista Park has families with children living in almost half of its houses, and pets in 43% of homes. Earlier this week we welcomed West Midlands Mayor Richard Parker to our Great Charles Street site in Birmingham, where he met Ky, one of the apprentices working with our construction partner John Sisk & Son Ltd. Ky's apprenticeship is part of the ongoing Skills and Training hub at the site - a continuation of the programme first launched during construction of Moda, The Mercian, run in partnership with Sisk and the West Midlands Combined Authority With two operational neighbourhoods in Birmingham and a pipeline of thousands more new homes in the city, we're proud to support the growth of skills and vocations and to be able to contribute to its workforce and economy for the long term. The Chairman of Moda's parent company Caddick Group has received an MBE from King Charles in the 2025 New Year Honours List. The prestigious award highlights Paul's outstanding contribution in the realms of both business and sport over the past 40+ years.
