Il target nazionale per il residenziale è di 370.000 nuove unità costruite OGNI ANNO. La "religione" della Green Belt viene riformata con il concetto di Grey Belt. Tanti hanno criticato il governo di Starmer per l'aumento delle tasse, ma sul real estate non ci sono dubbi. La direzione è chiara e il mercato è pronto a decollare di nuovo. Well done TTG Architects Ltd and PPR Estates!
TTG recently completed our latest The Learning Experience project in Weybridge, for PPR Estates, which opened its doors in October. The centre has been created by repurposing a former office building, with 11 classrooms spread across the two floors providing the full range of age group classrooms, and both indoor and outdoor play areas.
